Nebulite Games ("we", "our", "us") operates the mobile game Mind Rush: Math Puzzle (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

The App offers an optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by the Google Play Store; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App will present a consent form before showing personalized ads, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy and the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the App is used by a child, ads shown will not be personalized, in accordance with Google's policies for child-directed treatment. We do not operate our own servers that store personal data collected from the App. Data collected by third-party ad services is retained according to their respective privacy policies.
